Scheduling and Contacting:

  • All new clients will be required to provide a 50% deposit at the time of scheduling

  • Please arrive a few minutes early to your first appointment to complete new client paperwork

  • No shows, or cancelations with less than 24 hours’ notice, will be charged the full-service amount

  • Please notify me of any requested service changes to your appointment as soon as possible.

  • I may or may not send appointment reminders. If you do not receive an appointment reminder, please do not assume your appointment is canceled. Your appointment is as scheduled unless you hear from me directly about needing to change it

  • My preferred method of communication is via text as opposed to phone call

Appointment:

  • I reserve the right to refuse service and/or cancel or modify appointments as I see fit

  • A grace period of 15 minutes will be provided. However, your appointment will still end at the scheduled time as not to affect my subsequent appointments

  • If you feeling ill or have a fever please reschedule your appointment

  • Please refrain from bringing children to your appointment if they are not receiving a service

  • Reiki stimulates your body’s immune system and can foster tissue and bone healing after injury or surgery. Reiki is in no way a substitute for examination, diagnosis or treatment by a physician.

  • Please feel free to speak up during your appointment if something is not feeling right or you would like me to focus on specific areas/techniques
